THE COW IN THE PARKING LOT
by Leonard Scheff and Susan Edmiston
A brilliant treasure that will give you tools to look at and play with anger differently. It has been lent out and too, pulled out and re-read by my selves often.
In my on going journey of growth in awareness and love, and movement towards optimum health and well being, I have and continue to use brain wave technology and subliminal messaging. After experiencing successful shifts while using these tools, it is my belief that the subliminal messages embedded in the various compositions I utilize speak to my subconscious parts far better than my own internal thought dialogue does. I encourage all my clients to use such tools. This one in particular is my favorite. Enjoy! LOL & Love

"The Secret Universal Mind Meditation" is one CD that I have had great success with. I remember when I first started listening to it, I was a bit put off with some of the word choices Kelly used. One day while walking in my neighborhood and having this downloaded onto an MP3, I realized it was triggering an angry part of my subconscious. That realization and my intrigue were exponential in my growth in awareness. I still use this CD when I find I am cycling with something. I love it."
READ THIS AND GROW TO CHOOSE YOUR WORDS. YOU ARE OKAY. YOU ARE BRILLIANT. YOU ARE GENIUS. YOU ARE LOVE.
DYING TO BE ME by Anita Moorjani
When I read about Anita Moorjani's near death experience it gave me what I needed to allow myself to feel my dead mother's love for me. In addition there was such an incredible amount of validation for other things I believed. This book will carry some treasure for all. Anita also has a TED Talk ... google it and listen to it a time or two.

resources to support your journey
Mr. Emoto's book is a window to more. I highly suggest that everyone become familiar with his work. The importance of word choice and paying attention to our own inner dialogue as well as what we say to others is just one thing to take away when studying his collection of work. Seriously, our bodies are 70% water! What dialogue we run with is much more important than we can even begin to understand and unfortunately for most of us, something we pay little attention. So often we blindly run with old programs and patterns of information. To consciously choose and then to grow in self awareness and play with unraveling old patterns and the dialogue that drives them is vital to our health and well-being. Thank you Masaru Emoto!
Mr. Emoto recently passed away. After his book was on the New York Times Bestseller List, Mr. Emoto began to be criticized and judged harshly by many. He stepped out of the limelight and away from his life's work. That is, until his grandson was born. It is said that when he looked into those infant eyes that he knew he had to continue with his work. He produced a children's version of his book and traveled the world gifting it to children everywhere. His dream was that children grow up in a world at peace. Thank you. Please, please grow familiar with his work. It will begin to open so many doors for you. Thank you. You are loved. ... LOL & Love ...
Supporting our body as it reorganizes and reframes patterns of information can be done in many ways. Body work is one of those. Get a lot of it! Get a variety of it. Remember to choose me on occasion. LOL
Move your body every day. Laugh often. I have the laughter down, but am still playing with moving my body daily. I suspect that is because in the past when I have moved my body daily I have always relied on dialogue that runs within the system that is me that is a little less than flattering. How great it is that that no longer feels comfortable. However, now as I try to choose to go with more kind and loving words to motivate action, I find there are parts that simply do not trust such verbiage; and others that feel as though it is condescending. Are you listening? All of that mind chatter running right now is you. And the only thing in your way is you. The only thing in my way is me.
What I have found most helpful, is taking a few moments first thing every morning and as I am lying in bed: taking a step back with my mind's eye and listening to my own mind chatter. Ha! There is SO much of it. It is all me! I created all of that in this life. What might it be for you to do something similar? That is all you. You brilliantly created every voice that runs in there. Everyone of them is exactly what you needed to be at some point. Be curious. Are all voices in agreement? If you notice you are getting caught up with a voice or favoring a line of reasoning or even hear yourself jumping in and judging or making suggestions, notice that even that particular voice is simply yet one additional part that you have created. Learn to take one step further back and just listen. Get to know you. All of what you hear is you. And, it is all okay. Be curious about the web of consciousness you have created in this life. Admire your genius and then begin to play with it.
All of that which is running there behind the scenes is making choices for you and living through you. Would you choose to go with all of what you hear? Remember to observe with loving curiosity. All that is there is of your genius mind in response to life. Be curious! Cool! Wow! Fun! Get to know you! The more of us we get to know, the more we grow in our capacity to consciously choose. That is so huge! The more we own with loving curiosity, the less we judge ourselves, the happier we are, and we grow in our capacity to judge others less.
Sometimes in the process of doing our own work, or even just living life we hit a rock solid part of ourselves. Damn! Some parts of us can be so determined and sometimes whatever it is they are so insistent about is buried and not easily accessible to us. And yet, we are well aware that we have a very angry part or two hanging out in that tapestry that is us, but just can't seem to support them in their choice to choose differently ... damn! I too have this. Sometimes we want to know what belief, emotion or thought is fueling the anger they hold? Other times we think if we just give them new information that they should get it already! We believe all parts of us should just follow our current choice! Ha! It doesn't always work that way. However, it is all you ... and so play, be a a guide, a parent, a coach to all that is you. Use loving words and have great patience. You are worth it.
Also, I'd like to give you this little tool, but you need a bit of story background. The first time I touched someone in a class my hands seemed to just know where to go and what to do. I was so amazed and intrigued. At the time I also heard a voice within me ... a voice of my own saying, "Please forgive me. I know not what I do. I am sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you." At the time I remember hearing that part of me and somewhat disgustingly wondering if some young part of me was regurgitating something I had learned in parochial school? At the time, I chose to focus on other information. Over the last few years, however, as my awareness has begun to expand and grow, I am aware that script runs often as I touch another. I realize too that everything that comes to me is me on some level. And so now I choose to focus on that script at times when working with others and myself. I encourage you to do the same. When the going gets tough, when you are feeling stuck, when you're in emotional or physical pain, just try it: "Thank you. I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." Doing so has been very effective even when I didn't trust it or necessarily believe it. Then, after reading more physics books and growing familiar with Masaru Emoto's work, I know like I know there is power in them words. Use them. LOL
Here is a small list of treasures that I have found along the way that I suspect will help anyone. Each potentially holds some informational gift for most anyone no matter where they are in this game we call life. If you are familiar with what is listed here and are looking for more resources, ask during your next visit. Meanwhile, be curious. Read and read some more. Follow my blogs. Participate in classes, seminars and workshops. Meditate. Get outside. Walk. Run. Dance. Take your five minutes each morning and grow to love all that is you. Join a gym. Learn something new. Move your body. Do yoga. Write. Paint. Draw. Take up sculpture. Grow a garden. Give hugs. Get hugs. Have fun! Most of all, laugh and enjoy the journey.
